Return and Refund Policy

Please ensure you comply with the following rules and terms. Field visitors do so at their own risk and The Stilton Dog Field will not be responsible for any incidents within the fields. Vehicles and contents are left at the owner’s risk

General:

• Professional Dog Walkers by prior arrangement only - Contact Lisa 07919 366435 or email Enquiries@thestiltondogfield.com
• No Organised Group Bookings without prior arrangement with Lisa (i.e Breed meet ups, professional training sessions, parties)
• No more than 2 hours consecutive may be booked without prior consent
• No harsh training methods to be used, verbal/physical, pronged collars etc

Entering & Exiting The Dog Field:

· Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your start time.  Wait out on the road until the previous guests have left the car park.  On entering the car park please close the gate behind you.

· Under no circumstance enter the car park until the previous guests have left. It is not a waiting area.  

· Do not take your dog from your vehicle until you are sure there is no other dog/person present.

· Use the 4 digit CODE which has been sent to you by TEXT message to open the padlock on the SMALL hand gate  and access the field from the car park.

· DO NOT ENTER THE DOG FIELD if there is someone already in there.

· Close the gate to the field after you..

· Your slot is 50 minutes of play and five minutes to clear up and leave, ensuring no overlap, please then clear any poo and toys and return your dog to your vehicle.

· Remember to lock the gate with the combination lock when you exit.

· Never share your combination code with anyone else and please do not be tempted to use the field at a time other than when you have booked it.

Dogs:

· We ask that all dogs using the field are wormed and have up to date vaccinations. Please do not bring any dogs who are exhibiting any signs of illness. 

· This field must only be used for exercising / training dogs. It is not to be hired for any other purpose.

· Please be considerate of our neighbours. Do not encourage excessive barking, please keep shouting to a minimum.

The Field & Everything else:

· Picnicking while your dogs play is fine, but take all rubbish home with you. No BBQs or fire, no camping.

· Please pick up ALL poo, do not leave poo bags hanging from branches, we do not have a poo fairy visiting.

· Please report any issues/damage to us asap.

· No unsupervised children or dogs please.

· The obstacles provided are for use by dogs only and they are used at your own risk.

· Please abide by all current Covid-19 guidelines. Hand sanitiser is provided.

.  If you and a friend wish to meet at the field to exercise your dogs together, that is fine, enjoy yourselves

  Before you book a private or social session at one of our fields, we require you to read and tick to say you agree with and will abide by our Terms & Conditions 

The Stilton Dog Fields is owned and operated by P & L Farm Enterprises Ltd and are fully insured, however, use of the Fields shall be entirely at the user / hirer’s own risk.

• We will not be held responsible for loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents sustained to personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property.
• All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owner’s risk. We accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.

Dog’s Health & Handling

• All dogs using either of our fields must be fully up-to-date with their flu inoculations.
• Although our fields are fully enclosed and fenced, we will not be held responsible for your dog escaping from any of our fields. During Field Hire the client is to be held responsible for their dog at all times. 
• Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed. Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed.
• Please make sure your dog’s vaccinations and wormers are up to date. If your dog, or any it lives with, is showing ill health (coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, general lethargy etc) you must cancel the session. 
• Do not enter the field until the previous customer has securely exited the field with their dog. 

Ethics

• Each booking slot is for 1 hour only,  50 minutes field time and 10 minutes to clear up, get back to your car and you must have exited the field and parking area within this time so it is vacant for the next person’s booking – on the hour. Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the extra slot and be discouraged from re-booking.
• Any owners who cannot get their dogs back at the end of their session must notify Lisa on 07919 366435.  Any additional sessions due to overrunning the time slot, must be paid for.
• If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended.
• Please be courteous to other field users when entering or exiting the field. Bad manners will not be tolerated.
• Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog owner. Please notify of us any damage to equipment or fencing. Failing to do this could result in a ban.
• It is your responsibility to clean up after you dog. Please place poo bags in the bin provided. Do not exceed the number of dogs booked for.
• It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the gate is closed whilst in the field, you may lock yourself in with the padlock if you wish.
• No litter is to be left in the field as this presents a risk to users and their dogs.
• No organised group bookings without prior consultation and agreement with the field owners. Contact Lisa on 07919366435 or enquiries@thestiltondogfield.com
• Do not book for more than 2 consecutive hours without our agreement. 
• Payment for field hire is made prior to arrival.
• Appointments may be rescheduled via a link in your booking email up to 12 hours prior to your booking. Once you have booked you cannot cancel but may reschedule, however exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstance, please contact Lisa on enquires@thestiltondogfield.com

The Field

• This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the client / hirer accepts that the landowner L Blackman & Sons maintains control and possession of the field at all times.
• We inspect the field and fencing daily to maintain security but please notify a member of the Team if you have any concerns. CCTV is in operation.
• Any equipment and enrichment supplied within the field is for use by dogs only and is used at your own risk.
• Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s), ground conditions, fence height, proximity to farm animals etc.
• During poorer weather the field may be muddy and waterproof boots are advised.
• Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times, but please prevent them from shouting or screaming – again to respect neighbours.
• Gate Code will be sent via email and text 45 mins before your booking. If this does not arrive contact us. If you make your booking less than an hour before your appointment start time, call or text Lisa 07919 366435 for the gate code.

Covid-19

• Please use the hand sanitiser before and after touching the gate. Please ensure you comply with current government guidelines regarding isolation and transmission.

Data

• We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not shared to any other parties.
• Any photos/videos you send us of your dog’s time in the field may be used on our social media and website unless you instruct us otherwise.

General

• We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against The Stilton Dog Field /  P & L Farm Enterprises Ltd.
