Field 1 - The Village Field

Welcome to The Village Field

You will find our field at the South End of Stilton High Street, immediately after the last house on the left.  Turn in off the road and let yourself and your vehicles in through this gate.  We lock this gate every night and unlock each morning.  The code you are sent is for the internal hand gate into the field.

4 Acres of Space

With 4 acres of grass, your dogs will be able run in a safe secure space.  With lots to sniff and explore

Parking Area

Enter our fully enclosed parking area with hardstanding for several cars - in the summer there is additional parking on grass for more cars.  Close the gate behind you to the road and this area gives you a safe space to get your dogs in and out of your car, it also serves as a 'catch pen' for harder to catch dogs.

Fencing

Our fencing to the rear of the field is post and rail to 5ft with green chain link from ground to over 6ft high.  Behind this there is also a secondary fence of rabbit netting.  Beyond this is a solid wooden panelled fence of over 6ft.

There is a secondary paddock and the dividing fence is over 5ft high with rails at the top to deter jumpers, stock fencing and secondary chicken netting at the bottom for teeny dogs.

The rest of our fencing is 4ft Stock fencing on top of very high hedges (over 12ft high)

What's in the Field?

Picnic Benches

You'll find a picnic bench and at the other end of the field there are more benches.  You are welcome to bring a picnic (but not BBQs) please take ALL rubbish home with you, do not use the dog poo bins.

Near the parking areas you will find a water bowl and some water containers.  Please feel free to fill the bowl from these.  We wash the bowl daily.  We hope to install a tap in this field shortly.
